The 2 Bedroom Soho Modern is a fully self-contained home that includes every option of ultra modern luxury, from the designer kitchen, custom LED lighting, smart home controls right down to the soft close kitchen drawers.
With a variation of our 1 Bedroom 40ft (12m) Soho Modern design including high end finishes such timber and concrete paneling with hallmark ceiling panels, this version of the 2 Bedroom Soho Modern container is designed to maximise space and light in sophisticated style, with the addition of a second double bedroom/ bunk room study or dining area- exceptional value and functional design as a fully self-contained home or holiday accommodation.
As one of our most popular homes this design includes a full designer kitchen, under bench oven and cook top, range hood and laundry facilities.
Added features include large format sliding doors and windows with a large picture window in the bedroom behind the cargo doors, giving you ultimate views with privacy and security. Upon opening the cargo doors you will reveal the amazing large window for the perfect morning view or afternoon sunset.
From the oak timber kitchen tops, custom LED lighting, stunning feature wall and ceiling panels to the designer fittings, this container home represents the ultimate in modern luxury. Storage is king in this home with a tall pantry and ample cabinetry.
As standard with all the containers we build it is fully insulated including a moisture barrier and comes with appliances, LED lighting, power points, a safety switch and reverse cycle A/C units for both heating and cooling (supplied, not installed).
